EZ Clean Detailing LLC (“EZ Clean Detailing,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides mobile auto detailing services in and around Havre de Grace, Maryland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, book services (via Wix and/or Urable), or otherwise interact with us.

By using our site or booking services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone, address, city/ZIP.
  • Booking & Service Data: appointment details, vehicle info, service selections, notes/photos you provide.
  • Payment Data: payment method details processed by third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications: messages sent to us (email, SMS, forms), support requests, feedback, reviews.
  • Website/Technical: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referrer, approximate location, cookies/analytics data (see Cookies).
  • Photos/Media (optional): before/after service images for quality control and marketing (you may request we avoid publishing or blur plates).
